Orders & Shipping

How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within our normal processing window. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information when available.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of $175 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

What if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact SugarHill as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.

Candles

How long do SugarHill candles burn?
Our 9.5 oz candles are designed to provide 40+ hours of burn time when properly cared for.

How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Can I leave my candle burning while I leave the room?
No. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable objects.

Wax Melts

How do I use SugarHill wax melts?
Place a wax melt in an appropriate wax warmer and enjoy. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for your warmer and never leave a melting wax warmer unattended.

Do Sugarhill wax melts contain an open flame?
No. Wax melts are designed to be used with a wax warmer rather than a candle flame.

The Mist

What is The Mist?
The Mist is SugarHill's fragrance spray designed for use around your home, linens, and body. It can also be used to freshen spaces such as your car, bedroom, bathroom, or linen closet.

How should I use The Mist?
Shake well before each use and spot test fabrics and surfaces before use.

SugarHill Refresh

What is SugarHill Refresh?
SugarHill Refresh is a lightly fragranced hand mist designed for a quick refresh whenever you need one.

How should I use SugarHill Refresh?
Shake well before each use and spray onto hands as desired. Avoid contact with eyes and use only as directed on the product.

Is SugarHill Refresh a hand sanitizer?
No. SugarHill Refresh is a fragranced hand mist, not a hand sanitizer.

Soaps

What makes SugarHill soaps special?
Our handcrafted soaps are made to turn an everyday shower into a little something extra, with fragrances ranging from sweet and nostalgic to fresh, smooth, and sultry.

Can I choose my fragrance?
Absolutely. Select your preferred scent from the available fragrance options on the product page.

Fragrances

Will all SugarHill fragrances always be available?
Not necessarily. SugarHill offers both year-round signature fragrances and limited or seasonal fragrances. Seasonal scents may only be available for a limited time.
